Heidi has a Master of Science in Cell Biology from the University of Jyväskylä. She has done postgraduate studies in the University of Tampere in the field of in vitro toxicology working with primary cells and cell lines critical for blood-brain barrier. She has also experience in working in a GLP compliant laboratory, developing different GLP-compliant processes and being involved in the SOP management. 

Heidi joined the StemSight team in November 2023 as a lab manager. 

She likes walking in nature, dancing and chilling at home with her cats.
